Multi-plant UID management
Central pools, per-plant allocation, automatic replenishment and reconciliation of every serial issued.
A GS1-compliant platform that puts a unique identity on every unit you make, links it to its carton and pallet, records every movement through warehouses, distributors and dealers, and lets the end customer look it up with one scan.
UIDs are generated centrally, distributed automatically to each plant and line, and printed inline by your existing coders and label printers. Vision verification confirms every print before it leaves the line.
| Run | Line | SKU | Generated | Verified | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PR-24091 | Line 1 | Hybrid Maize 4 kg | 12,000 | 11,996 | Closed |
| PR-24092 | Line 2 | Tomato 10 g | 50,000 | 31,440 | Printing |
| PR-24093 | Line 2 | Chilli 10 g | 50,000 | 0 | Queued |
| PR-24088 | Plant B · L1 | Paddy 25 kg | 8,000 | 8,000 | Closed |
The line station talks to the devices already on your line. It sends the next UID to the printer, reads it back through the camera, takes the weight from the scale or check-weigher, and rejects anything that does not match. No operator typing, no second system.
| Device | Model | Status | Last |
|---|---|---|---|
| Printer | Videojet 1880 | Online | (21)A7K2M9Q7 |
| Vision | Cognex DM375 | Read OK · Grade A | 99.8 % read |
| Check-weigher | Mettler C33 | 10.2 g · OK | ± 0.3 g |
| Rejector | Pneumatic | 2 rejected | No-read ×1 · Weight ×1 |
Units go into cartons, cartons onto pallets, pallets into dispatches. One scan of the parent moves everything inside it, and one scan of a child tells you exactly where it has been, from the packing line to the dealer's shelf.
Everything that happens after the pallet leaves the line is done by scanning, not typing. Warehouse staff, depot teams, distributors and field officers use the Tracium Android app on a phone or on a rugged handheld, and every scan updates stock and posts to the ERP.
A farmer, pharmacist or shopper scans the QR with any phone camera and sees the product, batch, packing date, expiry and the dealer it was sold through. You see where it was scanned, when, and how often, closing the loop from manufacturing to the end customer.
Details below match our records for this UID.
SATHI (Seed Authentication, Traceability & Holistic Inventory) is the Ministry of Agriculture's portal at seedtrace.gov.in. Seed producers must register lots and print a SATHI tag number and QR on every packet. Tracium does this inside the same packing workflow as your own UID.
Tracium pulls item, lot and customer masters from your ERP and posts dispatches, receipts, transfers and returns back, so finance and operations see one set of numbers.
| Direction | Object | System | Last run | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ERP → Tracium | Item & lot masters | SAP S/4 | 06:00 | OK · 1,204 |
| Tracium → ERP | Dispatch notes | SAP S/4 | every 5 min | OK · 38 |
| Tracium → Tally | Dealer sales | Tally Prime | every 15 min | OK · 112 |
| SATHI → Tracium | Lot tag allotment | seedtrace.gov.in | on demand | 1 pending |

Usually not. Tracium drives the inkjet, laser and thermal printers most plants already have, and can also supply integrated print-and-verify stations where you need them.
Yes. SATHI tag numbers and QR strings are fetched per lot and printed on every packet together with your UID. Reconciliation reports show allotted, printed, packed and wasted tags for each lot.
Yes. Depot and dealer flows are a three-tap mobile app: scan the pack, pick the action, confirm. End customers need nothing beyond their phone camera.
SAP, Tally, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics have ready connectors. Any other ERP can be connected through REST APIs or scheduled file exchange.
Both. Most customers run the cloud platform with 99.9% uptime; plants with strict data policies can run on-premise or hybrid with the same software.
Bring one SKU and one line. We'll show serialization, aggregation and an end-customer scan in a single session.
